Product information and pricing
We try to keep product details, availability and images accurate, but errors can happen and details can change. Most items show a price online. Some do not, including Island Living furniture (by the maker's policy) and items marked Call for Best Price. For those items the price is confirmed by calling the store or visiting in person. Where a price is shown, it is in Canadian dollars and may change without notice.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we have accepted it and, where applicable, taken payment or a deposit. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is no longer available or a price was listed in error, and in that case we will contact you.
Delivery, returns and warranty
Delivery, returns, exchanges and manufacturer warranties are covered by our store policies. Please ask us for the current details before you buy, or call the store at (250) 746-5527.
